How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers and extra padding to prevent corner dings and warping. All records are inspected and securely packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of physical media, we only accept returns on opened items if there is a verified manufacturing defect or playback issue. Unopened, sealed records can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, zBTFD RECORDS ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
